Themanagement board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the "Company")announces the receipt of Statement No. 408/2018 of the management boardof Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the "KDPW")dated 28 June 2018 (the "Statement") regarding theconclusion with the Company of an agreement on the registration of13,233,492 (thirteen million, two hundred and thirty-three thousand,four hundred and ninety-two) rights to the series M ordinary bearershares in the Company (prawa do akcji), each with a nominal valueof PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) (the "Rights to Shares"). TheRights to the Shares have been marked with the code ISIN PLGTC0000284.The date of registration of the Rights to Shares has been set for 29June 2018.
