Report Content Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2025 andinformation on submitting consolidated periodical reports

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;), herebyannounces publication dates of periodical reports in 2025:

I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2024 - 1 April 2025.

II. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- 1st quarter of 2025 -22 May 2025

- 3rd quarter of 2025 - 20 November 2025

III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2025 - 2September 2025.

Simultaneously, following the regulations of Art 62 sec. 1 and 3 of theRegulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning thesubmission of current periodical information by the securities' issuersand also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demandedby the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union, Company informs that it is its intentionto present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2025 standalonefinancial statements as referred to in Art 62 item 1 of the Decree aswell as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of2025 including standalone financial statements for the six months ended30 June 2025 as referred to in Art 62 item 3 of the Decree.

Legal grounds: Art 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council ofMinisters of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of currentperiodical information by the securities' issuers and also theconditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by thenational lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union.
