Subject: Change of release date of annual report and consolidated annualreport for 2024 and consolidated quarterly report for the first quarterof 2025

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that the release date of the Company's annual report andconsolidated annual report for 2024, scheduled for 1 April 2025 (asannounced in the current report No. 3/2025 dated 28 January 2025), ischanged to 29 April 2025. Additionally, the release date of consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 ended 31 March 2025,scheduled for 22 May 2025 (as announced in the current report No. 3/2025dated 28 January 2025), is changed to 29 May 2025.
