Report Content Distribution of dividend for 2023

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyannounces that on 26 June 2024 the Annual General Meeting of the Companypassed resolution no. 5 on the distribution of profit.

The Annual General Meeting resolved to distribute the profit in theamount equivalent to: (i) shown as the profit for the financial yearending 31 December 2023 as disclosed in the Company's financialstatements, i.e. the amount of PLN 45,500,000, increased by (ii) thepart of the reserve capital, created from undistributed profits fromprevious years, in the amount of PLN 80,836,126.84 to the Company'sshareholders in the form of a dividend in the total amount of PLN126,336,126.84

The dividend to be paid out by the Company shall amount to PLN 0.22 pershare. The dividend is to be paid on all 574,255,122 of the Company'sshares.

Under the resolution, the dividend record date was set for 30 August2024 and the dividend payment date will be 27 September 2024.

Legal basis: Art. 19 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuersof securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
