Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2023 andinformation on submitting consolidated periodical reports

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;), herebyannounces publication dates of periodical reports in 2023:

I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2022 - 25 April 2023.

II. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- 1st quarter of 2023 - 18 May 2023

- 3rd quarter of 2023 - 16 November 2023

III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2023 - 24August 2023.

Simultaneously, following the regulations of §62 sec. 1 and 3 of theRegulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning thesubmission of current periodical information by the securities' issuersand also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demandedby the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union, Company informs that it is its intentionto present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2023 standalonefinancial statements as referred to in § 62 item 1 of the Decree as wellas to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2023including standalone financial statements for the six months ended 30June 2023 as referred to in § 62 item 3 of the Decree.

Legal grounds: § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council ofMinisters of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of currentperiodical information by the securities' issuers and also theconditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by thenational lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union.
