Subject: Final valid building permit decision regarding the Ada Mallproject in Belgrade
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") hereby announcesthat on 14 February 2017 its fully owned subsidiary, GTC CommercialDevelopment d.o.o., received confirmation that the a building permit forthe construction of the Ada Mall shopping centre in Belgrade becamelegally binding.
The above decision allows GTC to proceed with the development andconstruction of the Ada Mall project.
Legal grounds: Article 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (the market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC ofthe European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC - inside information.
