Ernst & Young AudytPolska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa isentered in the register of entities qualified to audit financialstatements under Reg. No. 130. Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka zograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa has previously beenmandated to review and audit financial statements of the Company in2002-2017. The agreement with Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka zograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa is to be concluded fora time necessary to review and audit the financial statements for thetwelve months ended 31 December 2018 and the financial statements forthe twelve months ended 31 December 2019.
