Report Content Correction of notification submitted on20 December 2019 of changes in the shareholding of Globe Trade CentreS.A. received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade CenterS.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 16 July 2025, that Companyreceived a written notice from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZUS.A. ("PTE PZU S.A.") acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU"Złota Jesień" ("OFE PZU") and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ("DFEPZU"), according to which the PTE PZU S.A.hereby submits a correction ofthe notification submitted on 20 December 2019 regarding the reductionof the share of votes held by OFE PZU below 10% of votes at the generalmeeting of shareholders of GTC S.A. (ISIN: PLGTC0000037, LEI code:25940046GV7I3I2ZN618) and published by the Company in current report No.18/2019.

The Company hereby submits the notificationreferred to above.
