The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (LEI code:25940046GV7I3I2ZN618) (the "Company") hereby informs that on 17 June2024, the Company received a notification from its shareholder, i.e.:Aletheia Investment AG (registered seat: Zug, c/o BadertscherRechtsenwalte AG, Grafenauweg 6, 6302 Zug, Switzerland; registrationnumber: CHE-403.604.202, LEI code: 9845006C49I7QY3D8E63) ("Aletheia"),on a change in the shareholding of the Company prepared pursuant toArticle 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings and theConditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to theOrganised Trading System and Public Companies (_quot;Notification_quot;).

Pursuant to the Notification:

• prior to the sale of the Company's shares on the regulated market,Aletheia held directly 28,718,871 ordinary bearer shares in the Companyconstituting 5.001% of the total votes at the Company's general meeting;

• after the sale of the Company's shares on the regulated market,Aletheia held directly 24,361,871 ordinary bearer shares in the Company,constituting 4.242% of the total votes at the Company's general meeting.
