Subject: Notifications of change of shareholding in Globe Trade CentreS.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company") herebyannounces that on 30 July 2018 it received three notifications of changeof shareholding in the Company from Lone Star Real Estate Partners III,L.P., LSREF III GTC Investments B.V., and a wholly-owned subsidiary ofthe latter, GTC Dutch Holdings B.V.

Pursuant to the notifications on 24 July 2018 LSREF III GTC InvestmentsB.V. contributed 298,575,091 shares in the Company (constituting 61.75%of the Company's share capital and entitling its holder to 61.75% ofvotes at the Company's general meeting) in kind to its wholly-owned(100%) subsidiary, GTC Dutch Holdings B.V., in exchange for newly-issuedshares in GTC Dutch Holdings B.V., thus decreasing its directshareholding in the Company to zero.

As of the date of the notifications, following the above transaction,GTC Dutch Holdings B.V. directly, and Lone Star Real Estate PartnersIII, L.P. and LSREF III GTC Investments B.V. indirectly (through GTCDutch Holdings B.V.) hold 298,575,091 ordinary shares in the Company,which constitute 61.75% of the share capital of the Company and entitletheir holder to 61.75% of votes at the general meeting of the Company.
