Moody's Investors Service assigns a Ba1 corporate family rating (CFR)to Globe Trade Centre SA and a provisional (P) Ba1 rating to theproposed EUR 500 million fixed rate, senior unsecured green bonds to beissued by GTC Aurora Luxembourg S.A. (publ) and guaranteed by GlobeTrade Centre S.A. Outlook for the assigned rating is positive.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company", "GTC"),hereby announces that Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has assigneda Ba1 corporate family rating ("CFR") to GTC. Moody's also assigned aprovisional ("P") Ba1 rating to the proposed EUR 500 million fixed rate,senior unsecured green bonds due 2026, to be issued by GTC AuroraLuxembourg S.A. (publ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GTC, and guaranteedby GTC. Outlook for the assigned rating is positive.
