Globe Trade Centre S.A. successfully prices €500,000,000 2.25% percent. green notes due 2026

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") announced thesuccessful pricing of €500,000,000 2.25% per cent. senior unsecuredgreen notes due 2026 issued by GTC Aurora Luxembourg S.A. and guaranteedby GTC (the "Green Notes"). GTC is rated BBB- (with stable outlook) byFitch and Ba1 (with positive outlook) by Moody's. An application hasbeen made to list the Green notes on the Irish Stock Exchange plctrading as Euronext Dublin. The settlement of the Green Notes isexpected to occur on 23 June 2021.

GTC will use the net proceeds of the Green Notes to primarily refinanceexisting secured debt on its projects whose activities meet theeligibility criteria detailed in the GTC's Green Bond Framework, as wellas for general corporate purposes.
