Full repayment of the project loan related Galeria Północna shoppingmall

Further to current reports No. 30/2015 dated 19 August 2015, 32/2017dated 6 December 2017, and No. 17/2020 dated 15 July 2020 as well ascurrent report No 24/2020 dated 17 September 2020, the management boardof Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") informs that CentrumŚwiatowida sp. z o.o., the Company's wholly owned subsidiary operatingGaleria Północna project, repaid the loan with the outstanding amount ofEUR 174,153,846 (one hundred seventy four million one hundred fiftythree thousand and eight hundred forty six), received from Bank PolskaKasa Opieki S.A. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe)S.A. (the "Loan").

The as a result of this repayment the Loans is fully repaid and CentrumŚwiatowida Sp. z o.o has no further obligations towards the Bank PolskaKasa Opieki S.A. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe)S.A. arising from this loan agreement.

Legal grounds: Art. 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC - inside information.
