The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informsthat on 9 September 2025, received a written statements from Jnos PterBartha according to which Mr. Bartha resigned from his seat on thesupervisory board of the Company, effective as of 10 September 2025.
Legal basis: Par. 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Financeof 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information submitted by issuersof securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent theinformation required under the laws of a non-member state of theEuropean Union.
