Report Content Changes in the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company") herebyinforms that on 28 May 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopteda resolution regarding the dismissal of Mr. Gyula Nagy from the positionof the President of the Management Board of the Company and theappointment of Ms. Małgorzata Czaplicka to the position of the Presidentof the Management Board of the Company, effective as of the moment ofthe adoption of the resolution.

Ms. Małgorzata Czaplicka has background in real estate, finance,corporate communications and strategic engagement with financialmarkets. Since 2010, she has held the position of Investor RelationsDirector at Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC S.A.).

As of January 2025, Ms. Czaplicka serves as Chief Financial MarketsOfficer (CFMO), overseeing the development and execution of GTC'scapital markets strategy. In this role, she leads the company's debt andequity capital market activities and ensures access to efficient,long-term financing to support GTC's real estate investment objectives.

Throughout her tenure at GTC, Ms. Czaplicka has played a pivotal role inshaping the company's capital structure through successfulcapital-raising initiatives and the management of debt instrumentslisted on the Warsaw, Johannesburg, Budapest, and Euronext stockexchanges. Her responsibilities also include coordinating financingstrategies with international financial institutions, overseeing ESGinitiatives, and chairing the Green Bond Committee.

In addition to her financial markets responsibilities, she serves asCompany Secretary, managing the Office of the Management Board andSupervisory Board, and actively contributes to M_A processes and bankfinancing negotiations.

Prior to joining GTC S.A., Ms. Czaplicka held senior positions inseveral high-profile companies, where she led capital marketcommunications strategies. Her previous roles include:

- Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. - Director of Investor Relations and Director ofthe Corporate Communications Department,

- TVN S.A. - Manager for Investor Relations and Management Reporting,also responsible for Treasury,

- Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp. z o.o. - Investor Relations Manager,overseeing bondholder relations, U.S. SEC reporting, and theimplementation of a management reporting system.

Ms. Czaplicka holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the WarsawSchool of Economics, and studied at Deakin University in Warrnambool,Australia. She also completed the "Professional Supervisory Board"postgraduate program at Kozminski University.

According to statement she has made, Ms. Małgorzata Czaplicka is notentered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to thePolish Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does notperform any activities outside of the Company's business which could beconsidered competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitivebusiness, either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other typeof partnership, is not a shareholder of a capital company and is notmember of the authorities of any competitive company or any othercompetitive entity.
