The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that on 18 March 2024, the Company entered into a mutualemployment contract termination agreement with Barbara Sikora, whoresigned from her seat on the Management Board of the Company. Theresignation is effective at the date of the contract, however BarbaraSikora will stay with the Company as long as it is necessary to allowfor smooth transition of her responsibilities.
Legal basis: Art. 5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Council ofMinisters of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of currentperiodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions ofrecognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawfulregulation of a country which does not hold the membership in EuropeanUnion
