The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that on 30 August 2024, the Supervisory Board of GTC appointedMr. György Stofa as a member of the Management Board of GTC S.A. Theappointment is effective 1 September 2024.

Mr. György Stofa is Deputy Chief Operating Officer of GTC Group sinceSeptember 2023. Before GTC he was the Operations Manager for a prominentcommercial real estate company operating throughout the Central andEastern Europe (CEE) region, overseeing a substantial portfolio thatincluded more than 120,000 sqm of office space. Mr. Stofa started hisprofessional career in commercial real estate financing at Bank Austria.Following this, Mr Stofa transitioned into the energy sector, where hefocused on trading electricity and natural gas, expanding expertise inmarket analysis and strategic decision-making. Mr. György Stofabackground in both real estate and energy markets equips him with aunique perspective to optimize operational strategies at GTC.

Mr. György Stofa studied Business Administration and Management inAustria at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien).

According to his statement, Mr. Stofa is not entered in the register ofinsolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National CourtRegister of 20 August 1997, does not perform any activities outside ofthe Company's business which could be considered competitive withrespect thereto, does not participate in any competitive business eitheras a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership,and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or anyother competitive entity.
