The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informsthat on 3 December 2024, the Company received a written statement fromMr. György Stofa on his resignation from the position of Member of theManagement Board, effective as of 3 December 2024 (the last day ofholding the position).
