Management Board's member resignation

The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informsthat on 28 January 2022, Mr. Gyula Nagy resigned from his seat on theManagement Board of the Company. The resignation is effectiveimmediately.

Legal grounds: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuersof securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
