Appointment of Supervisory Board member of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company")announces that on 2 September 2022 it received a written statement ofGTC Dutch Holdings B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, theNetherlands (the "Entitled Shareholder"), according to which theEntitled Shareholder appoints Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz as member of theSupervisory Board of the Company, effective as of 2 September 2022.

Appointment was made pursuant to article 9 point 1 a)-c) of the articlesof association of the Company.

Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 247,461,591 shares in the Company, whichconstitute 43.10% of the Company's share capital.

Mr. Grendowicz was independent member of the Supervisory Board ofCompany pursuant to article 9.5 of the articles of association of theCompany between year 2000 and June 2022.

Mariusz Grendowicz is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Getin NobleBank SA since 2015, and MCI Capital ASI SA since 2017. Previously MrGrendowicz was a member of the Supervisory Boards of ATM SA in the years2017-2020, Private Equity Managers SA 2015-2021, Aviva Poland 2012-2021,and Arctic Paper SA 2012-2021. In 2013-2014 he was President and ChiefExecutive Officer of Polish Investments for Development SA. In2008-2010, he was President of the Management Board and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of BRE Bank SA, and earlier, in 2001- 2006 was a DeputyPresident of Bank BPH SA, responsible for Corporate Banking and RealEstate Division. During his career, he was also President and DeputyPresident of ABN AMRO in Poland (1997-2001), Deputy President of INGBank in Hungary (1995-1997) and headed division of structured financeand capital markets in ING Bank in Warsaw (1992-1995). In 1983-1992Mariusz Grendowicz worked in banks in London, including Australia andNew Zealand Banking Group and Citibank.

Mariusz Grendowicz studied at the University of Gdańsk and thengraduated with a degree in banking in the United Kingdom.

According to his statement, Mariusz Grendowicz is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company's business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.

Legal basis: Art. 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuersof securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
