Re-appointment of Supervisory Board member of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that the mandate of Mr Ryszard Wawryniewicz expired on the dateof the Annual General Meeting (29 June 2021). Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne PZU SA, with its registered seat in Warsaw, acting on behalfof Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" (the "EntitledShareholder"), has re-appointed Ryszard Wawryniewicz to the Company'sSupervisory Board for a new 3-years term, effective 29 June 2021.Appointment was made pursuant to Articles 9.1. of the Company's Articlesof Association.

Pursuant to the deposit certificate, the Entitled Shareholder holds42,014,802 shares in the Company, which constitute 8.65% of theCompany's share capital and entitle the holder thereof to 8.65% of thevotes at the general meeting of the Company.

Ryszard Wawryniewicz graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy andHistory at Wrocław University. He also studied at the East EuropeanStudies at the University of Warsaw and at the Polish Institute ofInternational Affairs in Warsaw. Between 1997 and 2001 he was a Memberof Parliament. In 2002 he became a Member of the Management Board ofInvest Bank S.A. Between 2002 and 2005 Mr. Wawryniewicz was Deputy CityMayor of Świdnica. Between 2005 and 2007 he was a Member of Parliamentand between 2007-2010 he was Deputy Starost at Poviat Starost office ofŚwidnica, In 2011 Mr. Wawryniewicz become the President of the Board ofInwestycje Świdnickie Sp. z o.o. which post he held until 2013. Since2014 he has been a Business Advisor. Ryszard Wawryniewicz has beenassociated with the PZU S.A. Group since 2016 - held a position of amember of the supervisory board of Link 4 T.U. and member of thesupervisory board of PZU Życie S.A., where he was the Chairman of theStrategy and Development Committee. He also was a member of SupervisoryBoard of PZU Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. Since 2018, Mr. Wawryniewicz has been anAdvisor to the Management Board of PZU S.A./PZU Życie S.A. and a memberof the Board of Curators of the National Institute Ossoliński in Wrocław.

According to his statement, Ryszard Wawryniewicz is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company's business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.

Moreover, Mr. Ryszard Wawryniewicz fulfils the independence criteria asspecified in Annex No. II to Commission Recommendation 2005/162/EC of 15February 2005 on the role of non-executive or supervisory directors oflisted companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board.
