Management Board's member resignation

The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informsthat on 27 October 2021, the Company entered into a mutual employmentcontract termination agreement with Mr. Robert Snow, a completion ofwhich is subject to the Supervisory Board approval. Mr. Snow resignedfrom his seat on the Management Board of the Company as well as GTC RealEstate Development Hungary Zrt. The resignation is effective immediatelyupon approval of the Supervisory Board.

Legal grounds: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuersof securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
