Appointment of Management Board members of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("the Company") herebyinforms that on 13 December 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Companyappointed Pedja Petronijevic to the Management Board of the Company(Chief Development Officer) and J_#225;nos G_#225;rdai to the Management Board ofthe Company ard (Chief Operating Officer). The appointment of PedjaPetronijevic is effective as of 15 January 2021, while the appointmentof J_#225;nos G_#225;rdai is effective on the date when J_#225;nos G_#225;rdai competitiveappointments and contractual obligations elapses however not later thanon 1 February 2022.

Pedja Petronijevic started his career in GTC as a Technical Director forSerbia in 2008. Since 2012 he was promoted to Country Managing Directorand successfully oversaw portfolio growth until today. Prior to GTC, hewas in charge of operations of Mercury Engineering in Serbia while hisprofessional career started as a project engineer on one of the largestdevelopments in Gaborone, Botswana.

Mr. Petronijevic graduated from The University of Belgrade where heobtained M. Sc. degree in mechanical engineering.

According to his statement, Pedja Petronijevic is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company's business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.

J_#225;nos G_#225;rdai started his career as a financial analyst at Autóvill Rt in1996. Between 1997 and 1999 he was a financial controller and areporting manager at ERECO Rt. Mr G_#225;rdai joined White Star Real Estate(AIG/Lincoln) in 1999 where over the last 22 years he has been involvedin all aspects of the real estate business in various positions startingfrom Finance Director, through Development Director, Managing Directorto Country Partner.He was managing and overseeing the operation of theHungarian office and was involved in development, property management,asset management and acquisition and new business opportunities. Overthe years he managed investments of a total EUR 400m.

Mr. G_#225;rdai graduated from College of Finance and Accounting on thebranch of Corporate Accounting.

According to his statement, J_#225;nos G_#225;rdai is not entered in the registerof insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on theNational Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company's business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.
