Appointment of Supervisory Board member of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("the Company") herebyinforms that on 16 April 2020 it received a written statement of GTCDutch Holdings B.V., a private company organised and existing under thelaws of the Netherlands, with its registered office at ClaudeDebussylaan 10, third floor, Vinoly Building, 1082 MD Amsterdam, theNetherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer vanKoophandel) under number 71627081 (the "Entitled Shareholder"),according to which the Entitled Shareholder appoints Mr. ChristianHarlander as a member of the supervisory board of the Company, effectiveimmediately. Appointment was made pursuant to sections 9.1. of thearticles of association of the Company.

Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 298,575,091 shares in the Company, whichconstitute 61.49% of the Company's share capital and entitles the holderthereof to 61.49% of the votes at the general meeting of the Company.

Christian Harlander has more than 15 years of experience in the realestate industry with focus on asset- and transaction management. In hiscurrent position as Director, Commercial Real Estate at Hudson AdvisorsGermany GmbH, Mr. Harlander oversees Hudson's asset management anddisposition activities for direct real estate and real estate debtportfolios in Germany and Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to joiningHudson Advisors in 2012, Mr. Harlander spent seven years in theCorporate Finance - Real Estate practice of KPMG, providing transactionadvice to institutional investors and corporate clients.

Christian Harlander is a Member of the Royal Institution of CharteredSurveyors and holds degrees in Real Estate from the University of HongKong and in Business Administration from Duale HochschuleBaden-Wurtemberg (DHBW) Stuttgart, Germany.

According to his statement, Mr. Christian Harlander is not entered inthe register of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Acton the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not performany activities outside of the Company's business which could beconsidered competitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.
