Subject: Resignations of members of the Supervisory Board of Globe TradeCentre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company") herebyreports that on 23 June 2020 it received resignations of the followingfive members of the Supervisory Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A.:Jan-Christoph Düdden, Olivier Brahin, Patrick Haerle, ChristianHarlander and Katharina Schade, such resignations being effective as ofthe moment of receipt by the Company of the notification issued by LSREFIII GTC INVESTMENTS B.V. pursuant to Article 69 section 1 item 2) inconjunction with Article 87 section 5 item 1) of the Act of 29 July 2005on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companiesregarding the indirect disposal of shares in the share capital of theCompany resulting from the disposal by LSREF III GTC INVESTMENTS B.V. ofall of the shares in the share capital of GTC DUTCH HOLDINGS B.V., whichholds 61.49% of the shares in the share capital of the Company and61.49% of the votes at the general meeting of the Company.
