Appointment of the President of Management Board of Globe TradeCentre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) herebyannounces that on 18 September 2020 the Supervisory Board of the Companyappointed Yovav Carmi as the President of the Management Board of theCompany. Mr. Carmi was a member of the Management Board of the Companyfrom 16 April 2020 (see current report no 7/20202).

Yovav Carmi graduated from Tel-Aviv University, where he obtained a B.A.degree in law and a B.A. degree in accounting. He also holds an MBAdegree from Tel-Aviv University (1998). Moreover, Mr Carmi is achartered public accountant in Israel. He started his professionalcareer in 1994 as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where he worked until1996. In 1997, he worked for the Israel Securities Authority as aninvestigator. Between 1998 and 2001 he was a financial controller at theKardan Group. Yovav Carmi has been a chief financial officer and memberof the management boards of many of the Company’s foreign subsidiariessince 2001. Mr. Carmi was a member of the management board of theCompany between 2011 and 2015. Starting 2015, he became Chief OperatingOfficer at GTC.

According to his statement, Mr. Yovav Carmi is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company’s business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.
