Subject: Appointment of Supervisory Board member of Globe Trade CentreS.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company")announces that on 8 May 2019 it received a written statement of AvivaPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander S.A., with itsregistered seat at Inflancka 4B,00-189 Warsaw acting on behalf of AVIVAOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander (the "Entitled Shareholder"),according to which the Entitled Shareholder appoints Mr. Marcin Murawskias a member of the supervisory board of the Company for a new 3 yearterm effective 14 May 2019. Appointment was made pursuant to sections9.1. of the articles of association of the Company.

Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 36,066,000 shares in the Company, whichconstitute 7.46% of the Company's share capital and entitles the holderthereof to 7.46% of the votes at the general meeting of the Company.

Marcin Murawski graduated from the Faculty of Management of WarsawUniversity. He also holds the following certificates: ACCA, ACCAPractising Certificate, KIBR entitlement, CIA.He has been an independentmember of the supervisory board and chairman of the audit committee of:GTC S.A., CCC S.A, Apart S.A., SecoWarwick S.A., SANTANDER-AVIVA JV TUS.A., SANTANDER-AVIVA JV TUNŻ S.A. Between 2005 and 2012 Mr Murawski wasa director of the internal audit department at WARTA Group - KBC GROUEPNV and secretary of the audit committee at TUIR WARTA S.A. and TUNŻWARTA S.A. Between 1997 and 2005 he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp.z o.o., as manager of the audit department (2002-2005), senior assistantin the audit department (1999-2001), assistant in the audit department(1997-1999)

According to his statement, Mr. Marcin Murawski is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company's business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.

According to his statement, Mr. Marcin Murawski fulfils the independencecriteria as specified in Annex No. II to Commission Recommendation2005/162/EC of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive orsupervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the(supervisory) board and certain additional requirements set forth in theBest Practice of GPW Listed Companies attached to Resolution No.27/1414/2015 adopted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board on 13October 2015.
