Subject: Re-appointment of Supervisory Board members of Globe TradeCentre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company"), herebyinforms that Annual Shareholders Meeting held on 14 May 2019, with itsresolution no 19 approved Mr Mariusz Grendowicz as an IndependentSupervisory Board member for a period of three years.

Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz has been a member of GTC’s Supervisory Boardsince 2000. Mariusz Grendowicz has been a member of the SupervisoryBoards of Aviva Poland since 2012, Arctic Paper SA since 2012 and MoneyMakers since 2012. In 2013 - 2014 he was President and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of Polish Investments for Development SA. In 2008-2010, he wasPresident of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of BREBank SA, and earlier, in 2001- 2006 was a Vice President of Bank BPH SA,responsible for Corporate Banking and Real Estate Division. During hiscareer, he was also President and Deputy President of ABN AMRO in Poland(1997-2001), Deputy President of ING Bank in Hungary (1995-1997) andheaded division of structured finance and capital markets in ING Bank inWarsaw (1992-1995). In 1983-1992 Mariusz Grendowicz worked in banks inLondon, including Australia and New Zealand Banking Group andCitibank.Mariusz Grendowicz studied at the University of Gdańsk and thengraduated with a degree in banking in the United Kingdom.

According to his statement, Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company’s business which could be consideredcompetitive with respect thereto, does not participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompetitive company or any other competitive entity.

Additionally, the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the“Company”) announces that on 14 May 2019 it received a written statementof Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA, acting on behalf of OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” (the “Entitled Shareholder”),according to which the Entitled Shareholder appoints Mr. Ryszard Koperas a member of the supervisory board of the Company for a new 3 yearterm effective 14 May 2019. Appointment was made pursuant to sections9.1.point a), b),and c) and sections 9.24 of the articles of associationof the Company.

Mr. Ryszard Koper has been a member of GTC’s Supervisory Board since May2016. Ryszard Koper works at the law firm of KMR KOPER in Warsaw since2004. Between 2001 and 2004 he worked at KPMG POLAND and KPMG POLANDAUDIT. Earlier in 2001-1999 he worked in a law firm of Beiten BurkhardtBBLP Mittl & Wegener (an office in Warsaw). In 1999-1997 Mr Koper workedin a law firm of Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner (an office in Warsaw).He is certified tax advisor. Ryszard Koper graduated from ŁódźUniversity’s Faculty of Law and Administration. He also completedpostgraduate studies in tax law at the Faculty of Law, University ofOsnabrück in Germany.

According to his statement, Mr. Ryszard Koper fulfils the independencecriteria as specified in Annex No. II to Commission Recommendation2005/162/EC of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive orsupervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the(supervisory) board and certain additional requirements set forth in theBest Practice of GPW Listed Companies attached to Resolution No.27/1414/2015 adopted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board on 13October 2015.
