Subject: Appointment of a Supervisory Board Member of Globe Trade CentreS.A.

The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 23 February 2018 received a written statement of LSREFIII GTC Investments B.V., with its registered seat at Herikerbergweg238, Luna Arena 1101 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, (the "EntitledShareholder"), according to which the Entitled Shareholder, pursuant tosections 9.1.a), 9.1b) and 9.1c) of the articles of association of theCompany appoints Mr. Olivier Brahin as a member of the supervisory boardof the Company, effective 1 March 2018.

Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 287,516,755 shares in the Company, whichconstitute 61.13% of the Company's share capital and entitles the holderthereof to 61.13% of the votes at the general meeting of the Company.

Olivier Brahin is a partner in Lone Star and Senior Managing Director ofLone Star European Investments, where he is responsible for allcommercial real estate investments and directing the commercial realestate origination. Prior to joining Lone Star, from November 2000through December 2007, Mr. Brahin served as President of Hudson AdvisorsEurope, directing the underwriting, financing and asset management ofall Lone Star investments in Europe. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors,Mr. Brahin worked for the real estate structured finance department ofBBC Bank and UIC Sofal. He was a director at JER France responsible forunderwriting. He began his career in 1990 as a developer. Mr. Brahin has28 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, financing,and asset management.

Mr. Brahin holds both a Masters degree in Finance as wells as a Mastersdegree in Economics from the University Paris - Dauphine IX.

According to his statement, Mr. Brahin is not entered in the register ofinsolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on the NationalCourt Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform any activitiesoutside of the Company's business which could be considered competitivewith respect thereto, does not participate in any competitive businesseither as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type ofpartnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitivecompany or any other competitive entity.
