Subject: Re-appointment of Thomas Kurzmann as a president of theManagement Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. for next three year term

The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 12 May 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Companyre-appointed Thomas Kurzmann as president of the Management Board of theCompany for next three-year terms.

Thomas Kurzmann has been a president of GTC's Management Board sinceAugust 2014. Mr Kurzmann has a proven track record in the real estatemarket and has held top management positions for several years. Beforemoving from Volksbank AG to GTC, Mr. Kurzmann served as CEO at EuropolisAG (2009-2011) where he supervised and steered the sale and integrationof Europolis AG into CA Immo AG. Prior to joining Europolis AG, Mr.Kurzmann worked, among other things, as CEO at BV Development Company inMoscow (2007-2009), as Head of Deka Real Estate Global Funds at DekaImmobilien GmbH (2006-2007), and as Managing Director at IBI Real EstateGmbH (2003-2006).Mr Kurzmann graduated in Civil Engineering at theFederal Higher Technical Institute in Graz, Austria.

According to statement he has made, Thomas Kurzmann is not entered inthe register of insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Polish Acton the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not performany activities outside of the Company's business which could beconsidered competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitivebusiness, either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other typeof partnership, and is not member of the authorities of any competitivecompany or any other competitive entity.Legal basis: § 5.1.22 ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 oncurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andon the conditions under which such information may be recognized asbeing equivalent to information required by the laws of a state which isnot a member state
