Subject: Re-appointment Jan-Christoph Düdden as a member of thesupervisory board of the Globe Trade Centre S.A.
The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 16 May 2017 received a written statement of LSREF IIIGTC Investments B.V., with its registered seat at Herikerbergweg 238,Luna Arena 1101 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, (the "EntitledShareholder"), according to which the Entitled Shareholder, pursuant tosections 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.3 and 7.1.7 of the articles of association ofthe Company reappoint Mr. Jan-Christoph Düdden as a member of thesupervisory board of the Company.
Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 279,060,380 shares in the Company, whichconstitute 60.64% of the Company's share capital and entitle the holderthereof to 60.64% of the votes at the general meeting of the Company.
Jan-Christoph Düdden has been a member of GTC's Supervisory Board sinceMay 2014. Jan-Christoph Düdden has 10 years of experience in real estateand asset management. As the head of Hudson Advisors Germany's assetmanagement activities, he is responsible for the asset management anddisposal of real estate and real estate debt investments in Germany, theBenelux countries, and the regions of central and eastern Europe andsoutheast Europe. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors in 2005,Jan-Christoph Düdden was a manager at Lufthansa AG, German airlines, inthe corporate finance department.
Jan-Christoph Düdden holds a degree in business and administration fromthe WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
