The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 19 May 2016, it received from LSREF III GTCInvestments B.V., with its registered office in Amsterdam (theNetherlands), at Herikerbergweg 238, Luna Arena 1101 CM Amsterdam,("LSREF III") a written statement pursuant to Art. 7.1.1 and 7.1.7 ofthe Company's statute on the dismissal of Klaus Helmrich from hisposition of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. LSREF IIIis an Entitled Shareholder within the meaning of the Company's statute,which holds, as per its representation, 278,849,657 shares, representing60.59% of the Company's share capital, which corresponds to 60.59% ofthe total number of the votes at the Company's general meeting.
