RESOLUTION No. 25

Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the "Company") dated 26 June 2024

on the appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board

§ 1.

The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company, acting on the basis of Article 385 §1 of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 9 paragraph 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, hereby Appoints János Péter Bartha a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

§ 2.

This resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption.
