Convocation of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for 14 June2022
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna with itsregistered seat in Warsaw (the "Company"), pursuant to Article 395 andArticle 399 par.1 in conjunction with Articles 4021 and 4022 of theCommercial Companies Code (the "CCC"), convenes the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") for 14 June 2022 at 14.00(Warsaw Time - UTC+2) to be held in Warsaw at ul. Komitetu ObronyRobotników 45A (the "Nothus" Building).

Legal grounds: Art. 19. par.1 point 1 and 2 of the Regulation of theCouncil of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission ofcurrent periodical information by the securities' issuers and theconditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by thenational lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union (Journals of Law 2018 item 757).
