The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna with itsregistered seat in Warsaw (the "Company"), pursuant to Article 395 andArticle 399 §1 in conjunction with Articles 4021 and 4022 of theCommercial Companies Code (the "CCC"), convenes the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") for 16 May 2017 at 11:30a.m. (Warsaw Time - UTC+2) to be held in Warsaw at ul. 17 Stycznia 45A(the "Nothus" Building).
