Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.,
New York (NY), USA, informed us on 23.07.2013 that the percentage of voting
rights in GSW Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 5% on
19.07.2013 and amounts to 4.97% (2,512,295 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 4.97% (2,512,295 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., pursuant to section 22
para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1)
sentence 2 WpHG.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington,
Delaware, USA, informed us on 23.07.2013 that the percentage of voting
rights in GSW Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 5% on
19.07.2013 and amounts to 4.97% (2,512,295 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 4.97% (2,512,295 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., pursuant to section 22 para. (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2
WpHG.
