Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Inc., New York (NY), USA,
informed us on 26.11.2013 that the percentage of voting rights in GSW
Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 20.11.2013 and
amounts to 2.93% (1,481,102 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.93% (1,481,102 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Inc., New York (NY), USA, pursuant to section 22
para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1)
sentence 2 WpHG.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington,
DE, USA, informed us on 26.11.2013 that the percentage of voting rights in
GSW Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 20.11.2013 and
amounts to 2.90% (1,465,458 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.90% (1,465,458 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, pursuant to
section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22
para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

New York (NY), USA, informed us on 26.11.2013 that the percentage of voting
rights in GSW Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on
20.11.2013 and amounts to 2.90% (1,465,458 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.90% (1,465,458 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York (NY), USA,
