Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders later today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://gstechnologies.co.uk.

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company's subsidiary, EMS Wiring Systems Pte Ltd, at 240 Macpherson Road, #02-04 Pines Industrial Building, Singapore, 348574 at 11 a.m. (SGT) on 6 August 2021.
