1. The 17[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30,2020 at 10.00 AM IST through video conferencing / other audio-visual means. The Notice of the 17[th] Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the financial year 2019-20 will be sent to all shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories and will also be made available on the Company's website at www.gssinfotech.com in due course.

2. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from 26[th] September, 2020 to 30[th] September, 2020 (both days inclusive).

The meeting started at 5:30 p.m. and ended at 6:25 p.m.
