Title: Admission and introduction of series D shares to trading on theMain Market of the WSE

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company") informs thattoday became aware of the adoption on August 09, 2022 by the ManagementBoard of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych wWarszawie S.A.) ("WSE") of the resolution no. 755/2022 on the admissionand introduction to exchange trading on the Main Market of the WSE ofthe ordinary bearer series D shares of the Company. Based on saidresolution the Management Board of the WSE:

- stated that 160,776 (one hundred sixty thousand seven hundred seventysix) ordinary bearer series D shares of the Company with the nominalvalue of PLN 5 (five Polish zlotys) each ("Series D Shares") areadmitted to exchange trading on the main market;

- decided to introduce Series D Shares to exchange trading on the mainmarket as of August 12, 2022 under the condition of the registration ofthose shares by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KrajowyDepozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on August 12, 2022 and marking themwith the code "PLGRPRC00015".

The resolution of the Management Board of the WSE came into force on thedate of its adoption.
