TheManagement Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company")hereby announcesdates for publication ofperiodic reports in 2024:

I._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Standaloneand consolidated annual report for year 2023 - April 4, 2024.

II._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - May 23, 2024.

III._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidatedsemi-annual report for first half of 2024 - August 29, 2024.

IV._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidatedquarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - November 21, 2024.

At thesame time the Company informs that:a)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;pursuantto § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"),the Company will not publish quarterly reports and consolidatedquarterly reports for the last quarter of 2023, as well as secondquarter of 2024; and

b)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;pursuantto § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly andsemi-annual reports will include, respectively, quarterly andsemi-annual condensed standalone financial statements; hence the Companywill not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and separatestandalone semi-annual report.

§ 80section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securitiesand conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
