Title: Registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles ofAssociation

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company") informs thattoday the Company received the decision of the District Court for thecapital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of theNational Court Register regarding registration on July 17, 2025 in theNational Court Register of the amendments to the Company's Articles ofAssociation adopted based on the resolutions no. 20/2025 and 23/2025 ofthe Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 16, 2025 (the"Resolutions"). About the adoption of the Resolutions the ManagementBoard informed in the current report no. 15/2025 of June 16, 2025.

The amendments to the Articles of Association that were registered areindicated in attachment 1 to this report.

Furthermore, Company's Management Board informs that the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company dated June 16, 2025 by the resolution no.24/2025 also adopted the consolidated text of the Company's Articles ofAssociation. The consolidated text of the Company's Articles ofAssociation constitutes attachment 2 to this report.
