The Board of Directors of Grupa Żywiec S.A. ("Company") informs about the receipt by the Company on 24th November 2022 a notification of Heineken Holding N.V. on the indirect increase in the share capital and the increase in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Grupa Żywiec S.A.
