Contentof the report:

TheManagement Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") informs about receipt ofnotifications of transactions on Company's shares referred to in Article19 section 1 of the regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (marketabuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC from the following persons dischargingmanagerial responsibilities:

(i)RafałNachyna - Member of the Management Board of the Company, and

(ii)GracjanFiedorowicz - Member of the Management Board of the Company.

Thenotifications were submitted in connection with the free of chargeacquisition by the aforementioned individuals of Company's shares, aspart of the implementation of the first tranche of the Incentive Programfor the years 2025-2027.
