Title: Adoption of a resolution on appointment of a member of theSupervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company") informs thaton November 30, 2022 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company(the "EGM") adopted a resolution on appointment of Mrs. Martina vanHettinga for the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany as of February 1, 2023.

In the attachment, the Company's Management Board provides the resume ofthe new member of the Company's Supervisory Board, including informationon her education, qualifications and positions previously held, alongwith professional history.

Mrs. Martina van Hettinga currently performs a function of the ManagingPartner in i-potentials GmbH, the leading executive search consultancyfor entrepreneurs in the German-speaking region. According to therepresentations made, this activity does not compete with the functionto be performed by her in the Company. In addition, new member of theSupervisory Board does not participate in a competitive company towardsthe Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capitalcompany, and does not participate in another competitive legal entity asa member of its body. Also, Mrs. Martina van Hettinga is not entered inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on theNational Court Register.
