Title: Adoption by the Ordinary General Meeting of June 18, 2024 of theresolution on payment of the dividend

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company") informs thaton June 18, 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted theresolution on payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN136,530,052.00, i.e. in the amount of PLN 2.00 per share.

Number of shares covered by the dividend is 68,265,026 shares.

Ordinary General Meeting determined June 24, 2024 as the dividend dateand set the dividend payment date for July 5, 2024.

§19 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018,item 757).
