The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. represents that to the best of its knowledge the full-year separate financial statements for the period January 1st – December 31st 2019, together with the comparative data, and the full-year consolidated financial statements for the period January 1st – December 31st 2019, together with the comparative data, have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting policies and give a true and fair view of the Company's and the Grupa Azoty Group's assets, financial position and performance.

The Directors' Report for the period January 1st – December 31st 2019 gives a true view of the Company's and the Group's development and achievements, and includes a description of key threats and risks.
