The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. represents that, to the best of its knowledge, the fullyear separate financial statements for the period January 1st – December 31st 2017 and the comparative data have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting policies and give a true and fair view of the Company's assets, financial position and performance. The full-year report on the Grupa Azoty Group's and the Company's operations in the period January 1st–December 31st 2017 gives a true view of their development and achievements, and includes a description of key risks and threats.
