Sub : Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company is closed from closure of business hours of 31st December, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date on which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 will be declared.
