This is to inform you that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company is closed from closure of business hours of 31[st] March, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date on which the audited financial results for the year ended 31[st] March, 2021 will be declared.
